Enjoy a quick and easy meal with these BBQ Chicken and Coleslaw Wraps. Tender chicken tossed in smoky barbecue sauce is paired with creamy coleslaw and wrapped in soft tortillas for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce, your favorite brand
  • 1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 large tortillas
  • Optional: chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken breasts: Grill, bake, or pan-fry chicken breasts until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Let cool slightly, then shred or dice.
  2. Prepare BBQ chicken: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Make coleslaw: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add coleslaw mix and toss to combine.
  4. Assemble wraps: Warm tortillas slightly, if desired. Place a generous amount of BBQ chicken in the center of each tortilla. Top with coleslaw.
  5. Fold and serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the coleslaw dressing or use a spicy BBQ sauce.
