Baked Swordfish

Baked Swordfish offers a succulent, flaky seafood dish seasoned with fresh herbs and lemon, perfect for a healthy and flavorful dinner.

  • 4 swordfish steaks (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place swordfish steaks in a baking dish and brush both sides with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

For an extra burst of flavor, serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh green salad.
