A spicy and creamy baked chicken dip featuring jalapenos, perfect for parties or game day snacks. This flavorful dip combines shredded chicken with cheese and peppers for an irresistible appetizer.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2-3 fresh jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, sour cream, chopped jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced veggies.

Notes

For extra heat, leave some jalapeno seeds in or add a dash of hot sauce. This dip also pairs well with sliced bell peppers or toasted baguette slices.
