Delicious Air Fryer Cranberry Brie Bites Ready to Serve

These Air Fryer Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect easy appetizer for the holidays! Flaky puff pastry cups filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, cooked to golden perfection in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter, optional
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly flour a clean surface. Unfold the puff pastry sheet and gently roll it out to a 12×12 inch square.
  3. Using a 2-inch round cookie cutter or knife, cut out circles from the puff pastry.
  4. Press each circle into a mini muffin tin (you may need to gently stretch them).
  5. Place a cube of brie into each puff pastry cup.
  6. Top each brie cube with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  7. Brush the edges of the puff pastry with melted butter (optional, for extra golden color).
  8. Carefully transfer the muffin tin to the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches.
  9. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a nutty flavor, sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts on top before air frying. Serve with crackers or baguette slices for dipping.
